We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some processors above are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) together with the providers' supplementary measures. In particular, frames extracted from your uploaded video are transmitted to Anthropic in the United States solely to generate your analysis.

6. How long we keep it (retention)

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Specifically:

8. Children

Mímir Lens is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian agree to our Terms on their behalf. You should only upload footage of other identifiable people — including minors — with their (or their guardian's) consent.

9. Security

We use HTTPS/HSTS in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), signed session tokens, and least-data security logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version; for material changes affecting your rights we will notify you by email or in-app.
