These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mímir Lens ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mímir Lens provides AI-assisted coaching feedback for racket and bat sports by analysing user-uploaded video clips. Outputs include shot-level observations, a Mímir Rating, rally analyses, and gear recommendations ("gear engine"). All outputs are informational and educational. They are not medical, physiotherapeutic, or professional coaching advice, and they are not a substitute for in-person instruction.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

All subscription plans include 30 sessions per month; the cycle length only changes the price and commitment. Plans previously offered (Basic, Standard, Pro and Unlimited) are closed to new sign-ups; existing subscribers on those plans keep their current terms until they cancel or change plan. The Unlimited tier remains subject to the fair-use policy in §6.
Each subscription cycle credits your in-app wallet. Credits are consumed per feature use:

Unused credits do not roll over after a subscription ends or is cancelled. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire and are not refundable once granted.
New accounts receive 2 free analyses to evaluate the Service. The free allowance is granted once per account.
Quarterly Consistency Challenge. At the end of each calendar quarter, the 3 accounts with the most weeks containing at least one analysis during that quarter each receive 50 bonus sessions, credited automatically. Ranking ties are broken by total analyses, then earliest sign-up. Eligibility and the prize may change with notice; accounts found in breach of §6.3 are excluded.
The Unlimited plan is designed for serious individual players whose typical usage exceeds the Pro plan. To keep the Unlimited plan sustainable for everyone, the following fair-use rules apply.
The Unlimited plan provides up to 1 500 credits per 12-month subscription period. This represents heavy individual-player consumption (for example: 1 500 single-shot analyses; or 500 rally analyses; or any combination of the features in §4). Most individual players will not approach this threshold.

Regardless of plan, the following uses are not permitted and may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account, with or without refund:
We may adjust the fair-use threshold for new subscribers at any time. For existing Unlimited subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any reduction takes effect, so you can choose to cancel before renewal.
Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once granted. We may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata refund where the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (including transient processing by our AI provider). We do not store your raw video after analysis is complete. We may retain analysis results, ratings, and aggregate metadata associated with your account.
You can cancel your subscription any time from your account or via the Stripe billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the fair-use rules in §6. On termination, your remaining subscription credits expire at the end of the current paid period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated observations and ratings can be inaccurate, especially with low-quality footage, atypical angles, or unusual lighting. You are solely responsible for how you use the feedback. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. For material changes that reduce your rights, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect for existing accounts.
